1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using this website or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Changes to Terms


FAA Limousines & Tours reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


3. Description of Services


FAA Limousines & Tours provides luxury ground transportation services including airport transfers, private car services, special events, and group transportation.


4. Bookings & Payment Terms


  • A 20% non-refundable deposit or a valid card on file is required for all reservations.
  • The balance is due 24 hours before the event.
  • The deposit holds your vehicle and pricing.
  • Unpaid quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • By booking, you authorize us to keep your payment card on file during the reservation period.


5. Cancellation Policy


All vehicles require a 72-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge of the full fare.


6. SMS Communication & Consent


By providing your phone number and opting in via our website, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your reservation and service updates.

  • Text HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.
  • We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties.


7. Fares & Inclusions


All fares include taxes, mileage, admin fees, fuel, and tolls. Gratuity is not included unless otherwise noted. Fares are quoted based on trip type and are subject to additional fees for overages or extended time.


8. Gratuity Policy


  • Drivers accept gratuity via cash, card, or compatible payment apps.
  • We automatically add 15% gratuity to all bus, motor coach, prom, and wedding bookings.
  • The general guideline for tipping is 15%, with additional tipping encouraged for exceptional service.


9. Car Seats


We do not supply car seats. However, we will store your car seat during travel and return it with your pickup vehicle at no charge.


10. Cleaning & Damage Fees


  • $300 for sickness cleanup
  • $25 per broken/missing glass
  • $250 minimum for damaged electronics (TV, radio, CD/DVD)
  • $25 for missing AUX cable
  • $50 for food-related mess (at discretion)
  • $300 minimum for rips/tears in upholstery or leather
  • $150 for window tint damage
  • $100 for smoking cleanup


11. Damage Liability


Customers are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests. Downtime charges and repair costs will be billed to the card on file.


12. Drugs & Alcohol


  • Alcohol is permitted for passengers 21+ only.
  • We enforce all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Zero tolerance for underage drinking and no tolerance for illegal drug use. Violations will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.


13. Lost Items


We will make every effort to return lost items. Clients are responsible for any pickup or shipping fees. Items not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of.


14. Food & Beverages


No food is allowed unless pre-approved. All beverages must be in sealed containers such as screw-top bottles or cups with lids.


15. Overage & Wait Time Policy


  • Rates include only the agreed trip type and time.
  • Additional time, stops, or wait periods will incur prorated hourly charges.
  • A 15-minute grace period is provided after your scheduled trip start. After that, per-minute wait time fees apply.


16. Authorization of Charges


You authorize FAA Limousines & Tours to bill the credit card on file for all applicable charges, including but not limited to wait time, overages, damage, cleaning, and gratuity (where applicable). Notice of additional charges will be communicated via email or phone.


17. Passenger Behavior


We reserve the right to terminate service immediately—without refund—if any passenger engages in dangerous, aggressive, or destructive behavior.


18. Pickup/Drop-off Safety


We will only perform pickups and drop-offs in safe, legal locations. If a location is deemed unsafe, we will use the closest appropriate area.


19. Seating Capacity


We do not allow more passengers than a vehicle is legally rated for. No standing or floor seating is permitted. All passengers must be seated.


20. Smoking Policy


Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.


21. Intellectual Property


All content on this site—including images, logos, and written content—is the property of FAA Limousines & Tours and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.


22. Disclaimer


While we strive for accuracy, FAA Limousines & Tours makes no guarantees regarding website content or availability of services and shall not be held liable for any losses arising from use of our website or services.


23. Privacy Policy

24. User Generated Content
