FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PASSENGERS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM FEE OF $1,000.00. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO BODILY FLUIDS, SMOKE (TOBACCO/MARIJUANA) OR DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE. In Car Video and Safety Cameras - In Car Audio and Video Cameras are for insurance and safety purposes. By entering the vehicle, "you" and "your guests" consent to our in car safety audio and video recordings. You and all passengers present in any of our vehicles release FAA Limousines & Tours LLC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering a FAA Limousines & Tours LLC vehicle you consent to and you waive all rights you may have to any claims for privacy, payment or royalties in connection with any advertising, exhibition of, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. Our vehicles are not private, they are rented for "public" use. Discretion is advised. Recordings are viewed randomly, upon event triggers, and in the event of a dispute, incident or accident.
